what to expect when you book with Alexis Dean Photography
The Process
When I see your inquiry, I will respond, usually within 24 hours, to set up a time for us to meet so we can get to know each other a little better. I love hearing all about who you are and what you're looking for in a photographer! It's important to me that we get along and are a great fit for each other - it makes the photos that much better. We'll also go over the full pricing guide. This is the perfect time to ask all of the questions you might have!
I'll send you a customized proposal that includes all of the information we talked about so we're on the same page. Once this is signed and the retainer is paid, we're official!
You can sit back and rest for now, I'll work out all the details at this point to ensure you have the best possible experience. For weddings, that means generating a timeline and scoping out the ideal portrait locations. We'll also get together closer to your big day to go through all of the details so we're on the same page. This allows me to keep an eye on my watch on your wedding day, so you don't have to!
Today is all about you! Whether it's your family session or wedding day, I'm here to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I'm a firm believer that the best photos are the ones where you forget I'm there because you're so focused on being present with your loved ones.
I always appreciate your patience as I perfect your gallery! I can be a perfectionist at times, and your photos are no exception. I love delivering beautiful galleries to you as soon as possible. Portrait sessions can expect galleries within two weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within four weeks so you can relive the day while its still fresh on your mind!
