Setting the stage
I had the joy of capturing the love and laughter of a delightful couple. This enchanting blog post celebrates the magical moments that unfolded as Monica and her husband, Angelo, full of zest and playfulness, explored the rugged desert landscape. They also opted to bring their spirited canine companion, Juno.
Fun for us all
As the sun painted the desert sky with hues of orange and gold, had Angelo and Monica play a game of “ring around the rosy.” Amidst laughter and shared joy, we discovered that Monica wasn’t familiar with the childhood rhyme. Without hesitation, Angelo took her hand and playfully led her through the prompt. Once they figured it out, they enjoyed charming and light-hearted moment of connection and amusement.
Eventually, Angelo and Monica decided to let Juno off leash, allowing the spirited pup to explore freely. Juno even found himself stepping between Monica and Angelo during their intimate moments so he could be part of the fun. It added an adorable touch to the memories!
Timeless photography
Throughout the session, Angelo and Monica become more comfortable in front of the camera. This ease brought out their true emotions, making the photos that much more authentic. At one point, I told them to pretend I wasn’t around. This led to such heartwarming and candid expressions. Angelo and Monica shared tales of their day, reminiscing about the highs and lows they had faced together. It was just such a sweet and tender moment.
Playful and Caring
Angelo’s playful nature also brought about some of the best smiles from Monica when he repeatedly showered her with kisses during one of the prompts. Their love and affection shone through each frame, capturing their delightful chemistry.
Behind the lens, I adopted a documentary-style approach, allowing the couple to flow through various movements and poses with ease. By demonstrating the prompts ourselves and fostering a relaxed environment, we ensured Monica and Angelo felt at ease, as if they were spending time with a dear friend.
Golden Hour Glow
As the golden hour drew to a close, we bid farewell to Tule Springs Fossil Bed National Monument, carrying with us the cherished memories of this playful and heartfelt Las Vegas couples session.
